El denunciante fue golpeado y detenido junto a otros compañeros de organización cuando participaban en una actividad festiva en casa del coordinador Yasmany Magaña. Los agentes irrumpieron en el domicilio rompiendo puertas y ventanas y sacaron a golpes a todo el que allí se encontraba.
