Emilio Plana Robert, miembro del Movimiento Resistencia y Democracia y de la UNPACU, fue detenido el 23 de septiembre de 2012, y condenado en octubre a pena de prisión acusado de Peligrosidad Social Predelictiva. Los hechos han sido denunciados ante la Asamblea Popular del Poder Popular y el Consejo de Estado, sin obtener respuesta.
