El denunciante fue detenido cuando, a su regreso de La Habana, se sumó a las protestas por la liberación de 2 compañeros de la UNPACU que habían sido detenidos. Los agentes irrumpieron en el lugar de la manifestación golpeando y deteniendo a todos los que se encontraban allí.
