La víctima fue detenida por el oficial de la Unidad de Enfrentamiento, Víctor Víctor, y posteriormente se le condujo en la patrulla No. 607 a la Unidad Policial Parque 24. El oficial le comunicó que "aquí se acabaron las Damas de Blanco y usted no puede ir más a la iglesia". La víctima estuvo detenida desde las 6:30 hasta 11.30am.
