En horas de mañana de ese día comenzaron a desalojar unas familias de una casa en mal estado, varios activistas de diferentes organizaciones se presentaron en el lugar. Al llegar allí y solidarizarse con las víctimas ella fué detenida violentamente por aficiales de la policía política y agentes de la PNR la soltaron 24 horas después sin cargos, no firmó un acta de abvertencia.
