El denunciante sufrió 2 actos de repudio en su domicilio particular durante los cuales, tanto él mismo como su familia fueron violentamente golpeados. Posteriormente, fue detenido y sancionado por el Tribunal Provincial Popular de Granma por 2 delitos de atentado. Actualmente, se encuentra recluido en la cárcel de Las Mangas, Bayamo-Granma, ha recibido golpes y carece de asistencia médica.
