Descripción: El denunciante fue detenido a la salida de su domicilio cuando pretendía acercarse a la casa del fallecido Orlando Zapata Tamayo para darle el pésame a su familia. Fue detenido y trasladado a comisaría, donde había más de 60 activistas procedentes de distintos municipios detenidos. Fue trasladado posteriormente a otra comisaría en Holguin, donde fue golpeado y la cual carecía de cualquier tipo de salobridad. La víctima denuncia haber sido torturado durante sus días bajo arresto.
