Alexis Yanchoi Kuan Jerez se encontraba en el domicilio particular del activista Marino Antomachín cuando un grupo de agentes policiales irrumpió por la fuerza en la vivienda utilizando gases lacrimógenos, palos, machetes y herramientas de trabajo entre otros. Posteriormente, Alexis y el resto de presentes fueron arrestados.
