La denunciante fue brutalmente golpeada y detenida en las inmediaciones de la Sede de las Damas de Blanco cuando se dirigía a la actividad de "té Literario". Inmediatamente fue trasladada en coche patrulla junto a otras Damas de Blanco a prisión.
