Roilán Álvarez Rensoler se encontraba en su casa cuando agentes de policía, junto a otros altos cargos de la Policía Nacional, irrumpieron en la vivienda efectuando un registro y llevándose a Roilán detenido para la PNR de Mella. Acto seguido Álvarez Rebsoler fue trasladado al centro de operaciones en Versalles.
