El 16 de julio de 2021 dos individuos secuestraron a punta de pistola a un manifestante del 11J y lo llevaron a la Unidad Policial del reparto de Capri. La víctima permaneció allí un día completo y sufrió varios golpes. Al día siguiente fue trasladado a la División de Investigación Criminal y Operacioens de 100 y Adabó, donde estuvo por 40 días. Posteriormente, fue privado de su libertad por tres meses más en la prisión de máxima seuridad de Valle Grande, hasta que finalmente se trasladó hacia el Combinado del Este.
