Luis Alberto Amaya Fleitas salió de la misa en la parroquia San José de Colón y al caminar por la calle Mesa dicho agente le impide avanzar y le lanza un bofetón por el mentón que lo derriba. Lo montan en carro patrulla 826-M. Se desconoce el nombre del agente, vestía de civil. Los policías tenían chapas 14406 y 14547.
