El día 25 de septiembre de 2015, Henry estaba circulando en la bicicleta en Guantánamo. Fue arrestado por grupo de oficiales de la Seguridad del Estado; uno conocido como "Capitán Bryan", "Oficial Kevil o "Karel"... Lo asaltaron, lo golpearon y le robaron una cámara, una memoria y un teléfono que le devolvieron el día de su excarcelación, 2 días después de su detención. La cámara y la memoria se las quedaron.
