Julio César Ramora Curvelo fue golpeado y detenido cuando se personó en el cuartel de las SS para solicitar información acerca de unos compañeros detenidos. Seguidamente fue trasladado a un centro de detención y, según explica el denunciante, fue víctima de amenazas y agredido nuevamente.
