El día 9 de abril de 2021, a las 8:30 horas de la mañana, Diana Rosa Serrano junto a su esposo William fueron seguidos por la policía estatal mientras iban a dejarle un juego de mesa a su nieto. Al llegar a la terminal de autobuses fueron detenidos injustificadamente.
