El activista Rodolfo Hernández Guerrero estuvo trabajando en la casa del Secretario Ejecutivo de la UNPACU, cuando invadieron decenas de policías miembros de las brigadas de repuesta rápida y las Brigadas Antimotines, dando golpes, deteniendolo arbitrariamente. Fechas de las detenciones arbitrarias: a) desde 2-04-2012 hasta 4-04-2012; b) desde 24-08-2012 hasta 28-08-2012 ; c) 23-09-2012 por 6 horas; d) 28-04-2013 por 12 horas.
