a) El activista Ramón Chang Sigas fue detenido en una calle de Santiago de Cuba cuando fue a apoyar a José Daniel Ferrer García, secretario ejecutivo de la UNPACU, en la Huelga de Hambre en la Catedral. El activista fue detenido y maltratado durante 3 horas con palabras amenazadoras. El activista es objeto de constate persecución. Las fechas de detencion: Desde 20-01-2012 hasta 22-01-2012; b) Desde 26-03-2012 hasta el 28-03-2012; c) 16-04-2013 por 3 horas; d) 28-04-2013 por 3 horas; e) 21-07-2013 por 3 horas.
