Ivo estaba en el autobús cuando fue arrestado por la policía y traslado a una estación de policía. Allí, le informaron de que estaba detenido por difundir propaganda antigubernamental. Además, la víctima vive amenazada con ir a prisión si continúa con su activismo en la UNPACU y con hacerle daño a su familia.
