El denunciante se encontraba en la casa del Secretario de la UNPACU, José Daniel Ferrer, cuando varios agentes irrumpieron en el domicilio. Tanto el denunciante como el resto de presentes fueron detenidos y trasladados a la PNR de Mella, donde permanecieron 3 horas bajo arresto.
