Ramírez Leyva fue citado por el Jefe de Sector de su zona para presentarse en la Unidad de Policía Parque 24. Allí se le detuvo durante 4 horas, tiempo durante el cual se le amenazó por no tener vínculo laboral, por estar opinando sobre la manifestación pacífica del 15 de noviembre que se estaba convocando y por comentar sobre la misma situación actual del país. Los oficiales le advirtieron que de continuar "incitando" sería sancionado por el delito de desobediencia y desorden público.
