Randy, activista, fue represaliado al finalizar el homenaje realizado en la Playita de Guantánamo a las víctimas del “Remolcador”. Fue detenido y conducido a dependencias policiales donde fue amenazado con ir a prisión por realizar actividades en la vía pública.
