Descripción: "Un hombre fue apresado por participar en las protestas populares del 11 de julio. Dentro del ómnibus donde lo trasladaron, los oficiales lo golpearon en la cabeza para obligarlo a mantenerla baja, y dentro de los centros de detención lo provocaban y lo golpeaban. Era interrogado a cualquier hora del día o la madrugada, y si el interrogatorio coincidía con la hora de las comidas, lo dejaban sin comer."
