Yonlhee Zamora fue detenido y golpeado por agentes de la Seguridad del Estado y la Policía Nacional al dirigirse al domicilio de Andrés Pérez Suárez, situada en el Callejón Barbosa, municipio San Miguel del Padrón, para participar en una actividad. Permaneció detenido varias horas.Ha sido amenazado en varias ocaciones de ser enjuicado.
