La denunciante es golpeada y detenida cada vez que participa en la misa del Santuario de "El Cobre" o que viaja a La Habana. Además, fue víctima de un allanamiento en su domicilio durante el cual agentes policiales destrozaron su mobiliario y la agredieron físicamente.
