El pasado 29 de septiembre, Alain Yulandis Rondán Docis estaba en casa de su vecino Villo Quintana cuando 4 vehículos de la policía interrumpieron en el domicilio y lo detuvieron por la fuerza. Alain fue trasladado a una comisaría donde lo golpean brutalmente. Alain es interrogado y su domicilio es registrado, en el que también golpean a su mujer.
