El día 20 de diciembre de 2013, fui detenido junto a otros miembros de la UNPACU cuando nos reuníamos en mi domicilio particular. Los agentes dirigieron actos de repudia frente a nuestra vivienda utilizando menores y adultos en estados de embriaguez. Seguidamente, mi mujer fue detenida también ante la inconformidad por mi arresto, y mis hijas, ambas menores de edad, golpeadas y conducidas a prisión junto a mi mujer.
