"El 29 de julio lo apresaron en su casa como represalia por haber participado en las protestas del 11 de julio en su barrio. Lo encerraron durante 7 días en 100 y Aldabó. Allí enfermó de COVID-19 y lo ingresaron en el Hospital Clínico Quirúrgico Docente Dr. Salvador Allende (antigua Quinta Covadonga) aproximadamente de 7 a 10 días. De ahí lo trasladaron para el Combinado del Este. Cuenta que los manifestantes fueron atacados por agentes de civil y por policías. Les tiraron piedras y les dispararon. Enfrenta una petición fiscal de 20 años de cárcel por el supuesto delito de sedición además en la prisión ha sufrido maltratos y abusos."
