El denunciante estaba celebrando fin de año junto a otros miembros de la UNPACU y personas anónimas de la calle que se iban sumando cuando fueron atacados por los agentes, quienes destruyeron todo lo que se iban encontrando a su paso y golpearon a los presentes, a los cuales se llevaron detenidos.
