Juan Antonio transitaba por la calle rumbo a la casa de su novia cuando fue detenido arbitrariamente por el Jefe de Sector teniente Legra y el capitán Rojas. Ambos lo condujeron a la estación de la policía con el objetivo de que colaborara con ellos.
