El 6 de septiembre de 2021, vio como la policía estaba deteniendo violentamente a dos jóvenes e intervino. A él también lo empujaron, lo arrestaron y lo llevaron para la 4ª Unidad de Policía de Infanta. Allí lo golpearon (“por chismoso”). Él devolvía los golpes, por eso lo acusan de desacato. Allí lo detuvieron un día. Le rompieron y le desaparecieron sus gafas (es miope). Luego lo llevaron al Clínico de 26, donde no le dieron certificado médico. Al día siguiente (7) lo trasladaron para el Departamento Técnico de Investigación de Acosta. Allí lo tuvieron esposado a los barrotes de la celda los días 7, 8 y 9. Al amanecer del 10 de septiembre lo llevaron para la cárcel de Valle Grande.
